5. Purchases and Refunds

Deep Analysis: The Deep Analysis feature is a one-time purchase of $4.99 that grants lifetime access to enhanced profile analysis features.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not available once the service has been used. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact us at contact@land.dating and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

The Land.Dating service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload.

AI-generated suggestions (bios, openers, analysis) are provided for your personal use. You may use them on dating platforms as you see fit.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and analysis. Please note:

• AI suggestions are not guaranteed to be perfect or appropriate for all situations
• You are responsible for reviewing and modifying AI-generated content before use
• We are not liable for any consequences of using AI-generated content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Land.Dating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
